To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned unless they are defective.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
