1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund.
