• Free Shipping Threshold: Free standard shipping on orders over $100 to the contiguous U.S. Orders under $100 incur a flat fee of $15.00. 
• Special Locations (Alaska & Hawaii): A flat fee of $19.99 applies regardless of order total, due to extended logistics.
• Carriers: Ships from multiple local warehouses using standard ground carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
• Processing Time: 1-2 business days 
• Delivery Estimates: 4-8 business days for standard ground to contiguous U.S.; allow extra time (up to 2 weeks) for Alaska/Hawaii due to geographic factors.
• Tracking: Available via email confirmation and account dashboard once shipped.

Additional Notes

• Promotions & Perks: Free shipping unlocks automatically at $100+; bundles and sales (e.g., up to 40% off) often include it. 
• Cancellations: Possible before shipment via confirmation email link. Post-shipment cancellations aren't processed—handle as returns.
• Returns: Lavish Love it or Return It 30-day return policy (from delivery date). Free return labels for U.S. orders via self-serve portal (max 2 items per order); a $10 restocking/processing fee applies to refunds. International or unauthorized  returns aren't accepted.
• Exclusions: Bulky items (e.g., duvets) may have handling surcharges; pre-orders ship on schedule with no changes post-confirmation.
